Agnes Monica

Agnes Monica Muljoto also known as Agnes Monica is my favorite female singer. She was born on July 1st 1986 in Jakarta. She is about 160 cm tall and 50 kg weight. She is a Chinese but since she was in Los Angeles half year ago, she got tanned her skin into brown. There is something different from her body, she has muscles since Ade Rai trained her to do fitness to support her activity while dancing and singing on the stage. Besides, she doesn’t eat oily food that’s why she has good body. As my favorite singer, she also has skill as singer-song-writer, actress, and fashion designer. She writes a song since teenager. She often works with good musician such as Ahmad Dhani and Keith Martin. She released three children’s album and the fourth album was her transformation into teenager singer entitled “and the story goes”. She wrote all of the songs in her last album entitled “Agnez Mo”. The album consists of 10 songs and 95% use English lyric. As an actress, her first acting was in TV series entitled “Pernikahan Dini”. After that, she became the most favorite actress and stared another TV series. In 2014 she also appeared in two Chinese drama series entitled The Hospital and Romance in the White House. Her experiences when she was child as presenter gave her confidence in acting and how to be good public speaker. Anye collection is her fashion line. Her team always wears costume from Anye. She designs the entire product and she has motivation to bring batik culture to the world. Even in international event she wears batik as well. She said that she also wears batik in her music video in America. Agnes Monica is Indonesian entertainer that goes international. She is a good singer-song-writer, actress that’s fluent in English and Chinese, and she owned her style on the stage that created in her fashion line. She has a famous slogan ‘Dream, Believe, and Make it happen’ that’s inspiring.

Parents Know the Best

2012 was the most confusing year of mine. You know why? It was the point that I had to choose my college. Therefore, I was looking for and planned everything about college. University of Malang was the best for me, I thought. I prepared my document, form, and myself for the test. Sadly everything that I wanted to do was banned by my Dad. I wanted to study in Malang but my parents didn’t allow me. I had clear plan for my future college. After national examination, I was looking for information that related to the college that I wanted. Malang was the best choice. I prepared myself for the test by buying some books. I opened the University of Malang’s website every day. Thus, I knew everything about it and had an image what it would be. I noted the schedule of test and important information. A week after final or national examination passed, I consulted it to my parents. I tried to talk about my future and the college that I would take. My reason for choosing Malang was the English Department. I told them that I wanted to study English further. Then, they said no and left me behind. How could they say no when I already planned it for everything. I taught that they were not support me at all. I was very sad and angry. I was blaming my parents for everything. I didn’t talk to my Mom and Dad. I didn’t take any course for the test. I invited my friends to go out to forget my problem. One day, my Dad was coming to my room and talked to me. It was a little bit awkward. He said that my sister would take courses in the college in the next two years. My dad let me to take courses in Malang but he couldn’t finance for my sister’s college. He suggested me to take Undiksha as well before the SNMPTN started. He gave me money to register the test. I didn’t say anything. I got English Education Department from SNMPTN. My parents were so happy and me too. Even I couldn’t get what I wanted at first, I saved my sister future. I won’t selfish about money. Thus, I decided to take it as my path. Maybe it was a palm in my hands. I may have responsibility for my life but it doesn’t mean that I have to waste money only for my desire. I believe this is the best God’s plan for me.

Memorable School Anniversary

SMA N 1 Singaraja or Smansa always celebrates its anniversary on 1st November. Every student loves school anniversary because there is no class for a week, so do I. in addition, the school anniversary celebration once a year, there are a lots of competitions that the students waiting for. The most unforgettable in my last school anniversary was my class won the cleanest class. Before the school anniversary, my friends and I were so excited because in 2012 was our last school anniversary in High School. Although my expectation was not really good, I mean we couldn’t win anything. I was very busy a week before the competition started. The girls of my class were preparing the decoration while the boys cleaned the wall and whiteboard. That was unusual situation, the boys wanted to clean the class but in school days they were very lazy. That was a little bit strange for me and I couldn’t forget it. So, it made me feel passionately to done the decoration. At that time, my captain was told me to make a handicraft because he knows me that I love to make something handmade. I made star-shaped origami and I tied it until it looked like a curtain. I felt so tired when I finished my handicraft. I made it day and night because it needs about 500 origami. However, I love what I’ve done and my friends love too. We were very tired after clean the class. My class was colorful because my friends worked so hard to beautify the wall. I put some pictures and stickers on the wall. We worked until 6 p.m. everyday before the competition started. The day before, the boys had a plan to make a pond at the back of the class. For the first time I was surprised by the boys who usually didn’t want to have those creativities since two years before. They worked to build it until 9 p.m. That was a miracle to see how they did it. The competition had just started. My friends and I were waiting in front of the class to accompany the judges to evaluate the class. This kind of competition was not one-day judgment but one week evaluation to find the winner. We were work so hard to keep the class clean. Finally, the final day came and we got the first winner. That was a worth sacrifice for us. Even we spent around two million to decorate the class. It was just like a piece of cake after we got the achievement, we were so happy. We made our last precious memory in High School because we worked, we played, and we won together. Those things just like freeze in our mind to be a part of sweet moments in life. We spend energy, time, and money but we never lose anything indeed. We got the moments to be remembered forever. Even we lost our pocket money and got calls from our parents because we were in school all day long but we received the worth one. Yes, we won it just enough or beautiful Karma for us.

My Best Friend

My Best Friend Everybody has best friend and I have a best friend too. Yeyen Andiani is one of my best friends. She was born on August 30th 1994 in Denpasar. She is about 155 Cm tall and 81 Kg weight. She comes from West Java but she grows up in Bali with her family. She is very happy person and a good listener. She’s alwayshappy even when she has problem. She will always try to smile. She likes to make a joke to all of her friends. That’s why everyone loves her. She makes the classroom situation alive with her jokes and gestures. Don’t you remember she’s 81 Kg weight? Yes, she is cubby and I love to kiss her cheeks even some friends just look at us like stranger at that time. That’s makes me feel happy because she shares the cute smile when she comes to the class She very kind person, when I get problem I’d like to tell her because she’s good listener. She likes to give the solution when I talk to her. I believe her, that’s why I tell her what I feel. She understands what I tell to her. As I said, she is good listener because she tries to feel what I feel. She is a good friend. She likes to entertain us. She is cheerful and nice partner to talk. I hope we will always understand each other

Canteen “Seru” is the most crowded canteen in Kampus Bawah in which provides a lot of things for the students during weekdays and there are also various activities there.When we come to canteen “Seru”, we will see so many things and people who are doing various activities. Many students and spend their lunch time in canteen because there are a lot of food and drinks. Besides, there also cooking equipment in the canteen like stove, bowls, spoons, forks, spatula, knives, pots, plates, frying pan and glasses to support the activities there.The waiter looks after for your order during weekdays. Don’t forget to pay the bill in the cashier. Food and drink which are served in this canteen have different taste. Food and drink are so various here in canteen. You can choose what food and drink that you like the most. You can order the food which is more spicy or salty, also the cool or plain drink. You just have to ask the waiter for the special order and you don’t need to pay more than the common price. The smell of food and drink often makes the students want to finish the class earlier. Everyone who smells food surely wants to eat. That’s why it little bit disturbing when the canteen starts to cook the food because the classes near the canteen. Canteen “Seru” exactly is a place for students to get some food and drinks but sometimes it can disturb the concentration of students to study during the class.
